Vince Stalletti is a Director at Stop It Goaltending and the Goaltending Coach at the University of Connecticut in the Hockey East. In his first season at UConn, the team achieved their first ever national ranking in program history, and had a goalie selected to the All-Hockey East team in addition to signing an NHL entry level contract with the Nashville Predators.
Previously, Vince also served as an Assistant Coach for the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. At UMass Dartmouth, he oversaw a goaltending core that produced program records for shutouts, save percentage and shutout streak. While coaching the goaltenders, Vince was also responsible for managing the skill work with the team defensemen, recruiting, editing video, and maintaining the analytics program.
Prior to joining the staff at UMass Dartmouth, Vince played at Johnson & Wales University where he joined the coaching staff as an assistant coach after retiring from post-concussion syndrome. Holding an MBA from Boston College with a focus on analytics, Vince has applied analytical principles to evaluating the overall team and goaltending performance. Prior to the start of his NCAA coaching career in 2015, Vince began coaching with the Philadelphia Jr. Flyers Youth program.
Vince’s goal is to create an environment where all goalies can enjoy playing the position while improving their game.
