    Stop It Goaltending will be closed on Monday May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.  Lessons will be held on the following alternate days in Week 6.  Foxboro: Friday May 29th, Marlboro: Thursday May 28th, Springfield: Tuesday May 26th.  Makeups for all other locations will be individually arranged by the Center’s Director.

    THE BRIDGE 2026-2027

    The Bridge, a mainstay for the last decade in our Woburn location, is expanding to our Foxboro location for the 2026-2027 season.  Due to unprecedented success in the development and placement of goalies from The Bridge Program over the last 10 years we are replicating the transformative Woburn program in Foxboro under the Direction of Preston Baillie.  Check out The Bridge: A Day In The Life video below, check out our Information Page for The Bridge, then click on the RED “APPLY TODAY” button and complete an application for the 2026-2027 Bridge Program.  Spots will fill up fast, so apply today!  Applicants are subject to acceptance in the program.  Completing an application begins the information process with no obligation.

      Improve your on-ice performance with this progressive juggling and agility workout designed specifically for goalies. This routine enhances your agility, proprioception, spatial awareness, and eye tracking. Take a look as coach Tyler Bost explains:

**Workout Routine**

  * **Frequency:** 3–5 times per week.
  * **Circuit:** 9 progressive exercises performed for 3–5 minutes each.
  * **Sets:** Complete the entire circuit 2–3 times.
  * **Rest:** Little to no rest between exercises (30 seconds max).

**Key Progressions**

  * **One Ball:** Focus on hitting consistent arcs within an imaginary rectangle while maintaining a neutral stance.
  * **Two Balls:** Practice throwing the second ball as the first hits its peak.
  * **Three Balls:** Master the "three-ball flash" before moving to continuous juggling.
  * **Advanced:** Incorporate inside-out rotations for two balls in one hand, wall work, lateral shuffles, and four-ball juggling.

**Pro Tip:** Consistency is key. Practice in 30–60 minute blocks rather than "cramming" to avoid mental overload.
