Spring Off-Ice Training at the PAD

Unleashed Fitness is offering 8 week strength and conditioning workouts this Spring. $90 for 1 day per week or $170 for 2 days per week. Workouts are geared toward athletes grades 8-12 and held Mondays and Thursdays at 4pm at the PAD. Workouts begin
March 19 and end May 17th.
Vision Training:
Eye on Performance trains the visual skills of athletes, with the goal of improving performance in competition. We use a variety of testing and training techniques that will elevate your skills, and enable you to perform at a higher level. Contact Gary to schedule an appointment.
The Athlete’s Yoga is devoted to helping athletes prevent injury, enhance performance and overcome challenges. : $10 (45-minute classes) / $15 (60-minute classes), 5-Class Card: $65 ($13 per class),10-Class Card: $120 ($12 per class).
