Former Boston Bruins and SIG goalie Andrew Raycroft has joined the Stop It Goaltending staff and will be coaching PGD goalies this summer in Foxboro, Marlboro and Merrimack College. Andrew was drafted by the Boston Bruins 135th overall in 1998, and won the Calder Memorial Trophy as the NHL Rookie of the Year in 2004. Andrew also played for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Colorado Avalanche, Vancouver Canucks and the Dallas Stars and most recently was the goalie coach at the University of Connecticut.
Former NCAA National Champion and SIG goalie Colin Stevens is now a member of the SIG coaching staff working primarily out of Merrimack College and The PAD in Woburn. Colin was the starting goalie at Union College when they claimed the NCAA title in 2014. Colin signed with the NHL’s Florida Panthers following senior year and had stints with the Manchester Monarchs, Tulsa Oilers and the Wheeling Nailers. He has recently move to the Boston area and will begin his goalie coaching career with SIG.
