Stop It Goaltending DNHL Program


The DNHL program is one of the most popular programs at Stop It Goaltending and runs for eight weeks during the summer. Because of the commitment involved, spots are limited to dedicated goaltenders driven to succeed at the highest level. The DNHL also has a PM program and a Bantam program as well.

The DNHL is separated into three distinct categories:

DNHL is run Monday through Thursday mornings for eight weeks and is designed for motivated prep, junior and high school goalies. There are 16 eighty minute on-ice sessions included, as well as 32 sessions of off-ice training.

DNHL PM is conducted every Monday and Wednesday evening for eight weeks throughout the summer and is designed for motivated prep, junior and high school goalies. There are 16 eighty minute on-ice sessions included, as well as 16 sessions of off-ice training. Both dedicated male and female goalies are welcome.

DNHL Bantam is conducted every Tuesday and Thursday evening for eight weeks throughout the summer and is designed for motivated Bantam goalies. There are 16 eighty minute on-ice sessions included, as well as 16 sessions of off-ice training. Both dedicated male and female goalies are welcome.


FOXBORO DNHL - MORNINGS:

Off-ice workouts are Monday through Thursday and on ice workouts are conducted Tuesdays and Thursdays. The off-ice training will be provided by The Edge Performance Systems summer staff. The on-ice training begins at 8:00 AM and the schedule is listed below. Several participants of the DNHL progam will be offered positions on the Stop It Goaltending summer staff and have the opportunity to coach at afternoon clinics, therefore the day will consist of training in the mornings and working in the afternoons.

PHILIPS ANDOVER - DNHL PM, EVENINGS:

This summer Stop It Goaltending will be conducting an evening version of it's highly succesfull DNHL program. The DNHL (PM) will consist of two on- and off-ice training sessions weekly over eight weeks. Because of the commitment involved, spots are limited to dedicated goaltenders driven to succeed at the highest level. There are 16 sixty-minute on-ice sessions included, as well as 16 two-hour sessions of off-ice training.

The DNHL (PM) Program will be conducted each Monday and Wedensday evening from 5:10 PM to 8:30 PM.


PHILIPS ANDOVER - BANTAM DNHL, EVENINGS:

This summer Stop It Goaltending will be conducting an evening version of its highly succesfull DNHL program for Bantam level (96'-97') goalies. The DNHL (Bantam) Program will consist of two on and off-ice training sessions weekly over eight weeks. Because of the commitment involved, spots are limited to dedicated goaltenders driven to succeed at the highest level. There are 16 sixty minute on-ice sessions included, as well as 16 two-hour sessions of off-ice training. The off-ice training will include speed, quickness and agility drills.

The DNHL (Bantam) Program will be conducted
6/22/2010 - 8/19/2010, each Tuesday and Thursday evening from 5:10 PM to 8:30 PM.


(Acceptance Required): Goalies are welcome to register for this program. If Stop It Goaltending determines that the selected program is not the right environment for the registered participant a director will contact you to discuss an alternative selection that would place the participant in the best training situation.
